Once you have read and agreed, please fill in the form below and click submit. This will complete your contract. Please note your date cannot be secured without a complete contract and received payment of your £100 deposit.
Contract for Wedding Photography service
This contract for Photography services is hereby effective and binding from the date the form is submitted by one of the parties and subject to Terms & Conditions.
The parties are hereby known as:
Never Ending Stories Photography (Hereafter referred to as ‘photographer’)
And ‘As stated on form’ (Hereafter referred to as ‘clients’)
I HEREBY AGREE TO:
Ownership Rights and Responsibilities
Photographer and Client that unless stated otherwise in this document, Photographer owns any and all copy or reproduction rights. Client agrees to not reproduce or copy any proof or other photographs of the event, taken by the Photographer, without the Photographer’s written permission unless it is for non-commercial use. The Client is granted a license to reproduce the images for personal use. Client is forbidden to alter images in any way including the addition of any filters. Client is granted permission to crop images within reason for use in prints and or social media.
Payment Requirements
To reserve the event date, Photographer requires a deposit of £100
Photographer will not hold any date without receipt of said payment. Said payment is non-refundable for any reason, except if Photographer cancels this contract.
The remaining balance must be received by Photographer no later than 28 days before the event date. Failure to do so may result in the client(s) wedding date being made available to other client(s).

Cancellation
If Photographer has to cancel this contract for reasons beyond their control (death, injury, sickness, etc.) their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
After a period of 14 days from the date of signing this contract, as compensation for the loss of income to the Photographer the following charges apply as a percentage of the total fee due to the Photographer. 60 days or less – 100%, 61-90 days – 75%, 91- 120 days – 50% (number of days before the wedding.)
Should the said wedding be a postponement, then, subject to availability, all money may be applied to the new wedding.
In the event of Photographer taking another booking on your cancelled date a full unconditional refund of your monies paid will be made with the exception of your deposit which remains non refundable.
License and Coverage
The Photographer shall be granted artistic license in relation to the poses photographed, the locations used, the editing and culling of the images. No RAW files will be given out. Although every effort will be made to comply with the Clients’ requirements, the Photographers’ judgment regarding the location, poses and number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct and not subject to dispute.
For events involving a church ceremony or at certain other venues, the Photographer’s movements are sometimes restricted by the minister or official in charge: photographing of parts or even all of the ceremony or occasion may be restricted or prohibited, as may the use of artificial lighting. The Photographer cannot accept responsibility for limited coverage in such circumstances. The photographer may use flash photography.
Whilst the Photographer shall endeavour to fulfil the Clients’ requirements, the Photographer cannot be held responsible for non-availability of subjects or adverse conditions which may delay the progress of proceedings, preventing the coverage of certain specified shots.
Any missed shots by the photographer will have no repercussions, monetary or otherwise.
Any alterations made to this Contract by the Clients once details have been confirmed may only be made at the discretion of the Photographer and should be agreed in writing. Where the Photographer is unable to accommodate alternative arrangements (such as change of ceremony date and or venue) the Photographer is not liable to compensate the Client(s) in any way whatsoever.
Retouching Policy
We will happily remove slight imperfections from close portraits of bride or groom. We will not alter body shape in any way.
We do not provide a service to remove or add subjects in photos but do grant the client permission to seek this service else where.
Removal or alteration of anything from a photograph is at the photographers discretion.
Disclaimer
Photographer agrees that every effort will be made to provide high quality photographic services. In the unlikely event that a catastrophic mechanical failure should occur to Photographer’s equipment or transport and Photographer is unable to provide Client with the agreed upon Photography services and/or products, Photographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Photographer and Client agree that Photographer is not responsible for any damages, emotional or otherwise. Client(s) agree that Photographer may use any photograph for publicity purposes. Such publicity and advertising may include publication on Photographer’s website and social media.
Other persons may take photographs at the wedding and reception, however all ‘formal’ or other shots set up by the Photographer are for Photographer to photograph exclusively. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform all the guests of said policy. This is to ensure the photographs are of a consistently high standard. Photographer cannot be responsible for unusable shots due to distractions from Client’s guests (i.e. eyes being closed) and other circumstances beyond the Photographers control.
Photographer will attempt to meet clients shot list but cannot be held responsible should shots be missing; it is client’s responsibility to inform all necessary individuals of the photographs they require.
In some situations, or services, the Photographer may be limited to the amount of shots allowed or position of Photographer.
I have read and fully understand the schedule and terms of agreement of this contract and realise that this contract become effective immediately. I agree that cancellation rates will apply in case of any cancellation by me.
