Get some wedding photography inspiration from a Newcastle wedding photographer!
As a North East Wedding Photographer I get to see and experience so many beautiful wedding venues!
Here you will find many samples of my wedding photography in many different places! South Causey inn, The Parlour at Blagdon, Rushpool Hall , Newton Hall and Jesmond Dene House are to name just a few!
Jesmond Dene House | Jen & Jonny
Jen and Jonny had originally booked me to photograph their wedding at High House Farm. Unfortunately this venue took the decision to close before their wedding day so they decided to just go for it and planned a lovely elopement at Jesmond Dene House at Christmas.
Jen chose a stunning Stella McCartney dress. It was so elegant and she looked amazing!
We were blessed with pretty mild weather for December so did their group shot and some couples pics outside, but headed in for the smaller group pics so everyone could have a drink and relax.
Rushpool Hall | Rachel & Kristina
Rachel & Kristina had previously had a pre wedding shoot with me at Hamsterley Forest (with beans obviously!) So we knew exactly the kind of shots we were going for on the day.
I loved getting to photograph them twice! It definitely made their day more relaxed as they knew what to expect and they were pretty used to me hanging around.
They had their wedding at Rushpool Hall in Saltburn.
Rachel opted for the bridal suite where she and her 3 bridesmaids had a lot of fun getting ready – especially one – you know who you are haha!
Kristina got ready upstairs with her family, she was definitely a little more nervous than Rachel but boy did she look sharp in her lilac tinted suit.
Beans their gorgeous ( and naughty) dachshund joined us afterwards for some lush pics – it’s not a real wedding if your fur baby isn’t there right?!
The South Causey Inn | Louise & Stephen
Redworth Hall | Michelle & Phil
Michelle and Phil had their wedding at Redworth Hall on a gorgeous summer day. We had met previously at Redworth Hall and had drinks in the garden – I got sunburn on one shoulder haha!
I loved Michelles dress, it had so many gorgeous layers and called for lots of twirling!
The grounds at Redworth Hall are gorgeous. They had hoped to have their ceremony outside but it had rained heavy the night before so the grass was soggy and no good for people walking on so we went down later just the 3 of us to get some couples pics when it had dried up a bit.
They played a game of Mr & Mrs on the evening do and it was hilarious. They also had a cool whack-a-mole game that guests got pretty competitive over!
The South Causey Inn | Hayley & Robert
Hayley & Robert got hitched at The South Causey Inn on their ‘drive through’ wedding option. Many 2020 weddings didn’t go ahead because of such strict lockdown rules. When we came out of the November lockdown these two jumped straight on it and just wanted to go for it! It was a super cold and windy day in December but they didn’t let that stop them having an amazing day and getting some beautiful low light images. I will forever be sad that they didn’t bring their gorgeous Frenchie Harry with them to their wedding but they assured me he would only try and hump everyone hahaha!
The South Causey Inn | Rachel & Darren
Rachel and Darren postponed their wedding from May to August due to the covid lockdown. The South Causey Inn couldn’t have been more amazing! They really looked after them and when the day arrived it didn’t disappoint. I love being their wedding photographer and even convinced them to come outside in the rain at night for an awesome umbrella shot!
