General Wedding Questions

  • How far do you travel?

    All packages include travel costs for around 60 miles from NE28 but we can go anywhere!

    If your venue is further afield I will need accommodation for the night before and on the day of your wedding (think Travelodge not the Ritz). This is so I am rested in the morning without the long drive and so I don't fall asleep driving home late at night after a super long day.

  • How long does it take to get our images back after the wedding?

    You will get a handful of sneak peek images within 72 hours and then you can expect your gallery to be with you within 8-12 weeks

  • Do we have to feed you?

    We don't demand food haha but it's always nice if you can. We are often working 12 hour days so a little hot food in our belly is always appreciated. Ask your venue for a supplier meal, this way it keeps your costs down

  • What does 'prep till party' cover?

    We will arrive 3 hours before your ceremony and stay a few songs after your first dance. This means we don't work by the clock but rather the timings of your day. If you would like for us to come earlier/stay later this can be arranged however we might need to look at charging for accommodation for super long days or late nights

  • Are you insured?

    Yes! Venues often ask to see suppliers insurance details. I am fully insured (Public Liability and Personal Indemnity).

  • What happens if you're sick?

    If 2020/2021 taught us anything it's that us wedding photographers have each others back!

    I'm lucky to be part of a national and local network of photographers who support each other by jumping in when one of us are sick!

    You can rest assured that the photographer on the day will be well briefed and equally experienced. I will still do all of your editing and delivery and you will incur no additional costs.

  • Can you provide a second photographer?

    Absolutely! Holly is my main second photographer. We work together a lot and she is lush. If Holly isn't available I can still source a second photographer from my great network of local pros.

    Second photographer rates are £250 for half day and £350 for full

Booking Questions

  • How much deposit is required and how do we pay?

    All packages require a non refundable retainer deposit of £200. This covers the cost of handling the admin side of your booking. All payments are to be made via bank transfer, details will be given to you upon securing your booking

  • When do we pay our final balance?

    We normally send out your final invoice around 60 days before your wedding and your final payment is due no later than 28 days before your wedding date

  • Do you do payment plans?

    We don't do formal payment plans but if you wanted to pay a little bit off at a time thats cool with us - you just need to let us know how much and when you're making a payment so that we can keep you booking up to date

  • How do we book in?

    We always like to have an initial chat over the phone before taking any bookings. This gives you the chance to ask all your questions and get a good feeling of the vibe we will have on the day of your wedding - it's so important to find a great match - after all you're stuck with us all day haha!

    Once you have decided to book we will send you a like to our contract page. We ask you to have a good read - don't be shy to ask any questions - and when you're happy, complete to contract form and submit it to us along with your deposit.

    Upon receiving your contract and deposit we will confirm that you are officially booked in!
